Return & Exchange Policy
Bare Root/Bulb Warranty
We Guarantee the plant root/bulb to be healthy and viable upon arrival. Please open boxes promptly upon receipt and report to us within 7 days of delivery, if your shipment was damaged or there are any defects, missing roots/bulbs, or they do not meet your expectations. Please contact us before planting any of these roots/bulbs to arrange for replacement or refund. Any claim must be submitted in writing, with pictures of defects, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 7 days after delivery. We cannot assure the plants will live and grow well for you, that outcome depends too much on circumstances beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for losses including delayed planting due to bad weather or soil conditions, improper storage conditions at your site, unsuitable planting site, improper climate plantings. While we cannot offer refund or exchange should the plants fail to grow due to environmental issues, please contact us as we would be happy to work with you to troubleshoot and help you avoid future disappointment.
Fresh/ Dried Floral Policies
All Fresh floral sales are final. If you are not happy with the condition of your florals upon receipt please contact email@example.com within 1 day of receiving them. We will do our best to troubleshoot the issue, however we cannot guarantee vase life of the florals as there are too many variable conditions that can occur after they leave our hands. Any refunds on fresh floral goods are at the discretion of Creekside Floral Collective. If you cannot make the listed Pickup point/time window for Pre-paid Floral orders and Subscription bouquet pickups, please contact us 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE PICKUP to make alternate arrangements. Any florals that are not picked up will be donated to charity one day after the Pickup, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Hard Goods (nonperishables) Returns (Swag)
We offer free returns on Creekside Branded hard goods (nonperishable items) such as Calendars or swag. In order to be eligible for a refund please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to return the item within 30 days of shipment. Items must be returned in the new condition. Upon receipt of the returned item we will process a full refund to the payment method used for purchase. If the return was due to a shipping error on our part (eg. we sent you a different size than you ordered) we will also refund you the cost of the return shipping. Items returned damaged or outside of the 30 day window will not be eligible for refund. All discounted items are final sale.
